TERMS / OPEN SOURCE

Small project. Straight terms.

Arthur Loop is free, local software under the MIT License. These terms cover the project website. They do not create a hosted-service or support agreement.

Effective: July 16, 2026

What these terms cover

These terms cover use of the Arthur Loop website, maintained by Mayur Darji. You may browse, link to, and use the site for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site or use it to harm someone else.

The software license controls

Arthur Loop's source code and releases are provided under the MIT License. That license, not these site terms, governs your right to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the software.

If these terms and the MIT License conflict about the software, the MIT License wins.

No account, subscription, or purchase

The site has no accounts, paid tier, checkout, recurring charge, or refund flow. A donation is optional, happens on an external site, and does not buy support, access, or a service level.

Provided as is

Arthur Loop is an early open-source project. The software and site are provided as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement, to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for reviewing configuration, adapters, prompts, and outputs before relying on them.

External tools and links

Arthur Loop can invoke tools you configure, and this site links to GitHub, a donation destination, and other external services. Those services set their own terms. A link is not an endorsement or a promise that the destination will always be available.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Nothing on this page limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
